Alert When Website / Server Field
The Alert When Website / Server field references the amount of time between the start of a Failure/Downtime Event and the first time you want a Contact to be alerted. For example, if you have an Alert set up for a Contact "John Doe" using a Contact Method "Work Email" at an Alert Time of 10 minutes; then John Doe will be alerted via his Work Email, exactly 10 minutes after the start of a Failure/Downtime Event (as long as the Failure/Downtime is still going on at that time). This time length only applies to the first alert, not continuous alert intervals.
