Billing Cycle Options

AlertBot's standard Billing Cycle is monthly. The first day of your billing cycle is based on the day that you opened your account with us. If you would like to be billed on a different day, you can change it by emailing your request to our Billing department by clicking on the Billing Department below.

If you would like to prepay, we do support 3, 6, or 12 month billing cycles. If you are interested in prepaying, contact your account manager or billing@alertbot.com
