ChartFX Control Not Installed Properly
If you are experiencing broken images (Red X's or empty squares) where charts and graphs should be displayed (ex. Reports: Charts section after successfully running a report), either the required ChartFx Control has not been installed or was installed improperly. Also, this would indicate that you do not have the proper security permissions needed to (re)install it.
In order to install the ChartFX control properly, you will need to be logged in to your computer with Administrative privileges. This may require having your system administrator install the control.
With User privileges, the page will simply display broken images with no prompts. When logged in as a Power User, the browser will prompt you with a security warning about the installation, but will not allow you to complete the install. The proper way to install the control is to access the page when logged in to the computer with Administrative permissions. Only then will the browser properly prompt you and provide direction as to how to install the control properly.
