Closing Your CentralPass Account Permanently
If you'd like to permanently close your CentralPass account, please follow these steps:
- Before you can close your CentralPass account you must first cancel all of your Service in your CentralPass account. To cancel your services, you must login to each service and follow that service's process for canceling your subscription to the service.
- Once you have closed all of your services, log back into the CentralPass Manager and go to the Main Menu.
- Click on the "Close Account Permanently" link
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your wish to close your CentralPass account.
