Cloud Credits
Cloud Credits are used within the AlertBot Manager to designate what Monitor Types and features you've purchased for your account as part of your Service Plan. Each monitor and feature is represented in the system by one credit. Each time you add a monitor or feature to your account, one credit is applied from your list of purchased credits. If a monitor or feature is later removed from your account, that same credit is returned to your account and can immediately be used to add other monitors or features.
Cloud Credits must be pre-purchased for your account through your Account Manager. Your initial Service Plan will contain the Credits that were part of your initial signup package quoted by your Account Manager. More credits can be added at any time by contacting Sales or your Account Manager directly.
