Contact Status Field
The Contact Status field is a dropdown list that allows you to change the status of a particular Contact. The available Statuses are as follows:
Active – This status means that this Contact is ready to receive Alerts and is available to be selected as a Contact for any Monitor.
Inactive – This status means that you want to temporarily disable this Contact from being Alerted and you also do not want anyone to select it as a Contact for any Monitors.
Pending – This status means that this Contact has been created, but has no Contact Methods associated with it. The Contact will automatically come out of this status when at least one Contact Method is created for it.
