Custom Performance Goals

This section of your Service Goal allows you to override the Service Goal set by your performance goals and instead use a different custom Goal value for specific monitors. Monitors added into this section will have their compliance based on this time, rather than the overall service goal.

Example: You have one Service Goal set up for all of your monitors, but you'd like one of your monitors to have a different goal than the rest. Rather than creating a new Service Goal, you can add that specific monitor into the Custom Performance Goals section and enter a different value that this specific monitor would use for its compliance.
