Help Desk Support Levels

Our standard support level consists of "on-demand" support, where services are provided and our customers can contact Help Desk if any additional assistance is needed.

We also provide more advanced support levels that consist of "Proactive Support," where our customers receive script management and special consultations about their performance plus customized implementations.
