How Do I Add My Billing Information?
Once you've evaluated AlertBot and you are ready to commit to the service, it's very easy to activate your account. All you have to do is add your billing information to your account. By providing your billing information, you are authorizing us to continue your monitoring service. It also allows us to automatically charge your credit card for each invoice that you receive. If you do not add your billing information to your AlertBot account by the end of the trial period, your account will be closed at the end of the 14-day trial period.
To add your billing information to your account, follow these simple steps in the AlertBot Manager:
Click on the Account tab
Click on the Billing sub tab
You will be prompted to leave the AlertBot Manager and be redirected to the Billing website. Click Yes to confirm.
Complete the billing setup process by entering the necessary information.
When you've completed all of the steps, you should see a screen confirming that your billing information was entered correctly. If you have any problems entering your billing information, you can contact us at billing@alertbot.com.
