How Do I Change the Account Holder for My Account?
To change the Account Holder please make sure the user you would like to be the new account holder has a CentralPass account. To get a CentalPass, go to the Users section in your AlertBot Account and send a request to add them to your account. The user will receive an email with instructions to setup a CentralPass account. Once they have a CentralPass account, contact our support team at: helpdesk@alertbot.com and include the current Account Holder's email address and the email address you would like as the new Account Holder.
