How Do I Close My Account

You can close your AlertBot monitoring service account through the AlertBot Manager by going to the "Account" section. To cancel Pro Services or any additional services besides the website and server monitoring, contact you account manager. If you are unsure who your account manager is, contact helpdesk@alerbot.com.
