How to Report a Bug or Make a suggestion for AlertBot

First, we just want to thank you in advance for taking the time to help us improve AlertBot. We appreciate your feedback and always welcome it.

To report your bug or suggestion, just write us a quick email (use the email address in the related links below) and briefly explain your suggestion or bug. We ask that whenever possible you also attach a graphical screenshot of the page showing the bug or showing the page you're suggesting an improvement for.

Directions for attaching a screenshot:
To take a screenshot, press the "print screen" button on your keyboard next to the F12 key. Next open the Windows "Paint" program (or your favorite graphics program) from the All Programs > Accessories folder in the Start Menu.
Once it's open, then paste the image into Paint by selecting Paste from the Edit menu in the Paint program. Now go to the File menu and select "Save As."
Then select a folder on your computer where you want to save the file, name the file, and choose the "GIF" file type from the drop down list. That's it. Now you can attach this GIF file to the email, from within your email program.
