Monitor Service Goals

The Monitor Service Goals section allows you to toggle your service goals between Automatic Service Goals and a Service Goal that you had created through the Service Goals feature of the AlertBot Manager.

Automatic Service Goals are goals established by AlertBot. Our algorithms track your averages and identify performance that is out of range and uptime that is outside of industry standards.

Selecting user-defined goals allows you to set this monitor to use a Service Goal you had previously created and saved in your account.
