Monitor Status Descriptions

The Monitor Status indicates the current state of the Monitor. All Monitors are billed for in the Active, Inactive and other statuses. Monitor billing starts when a Monitor is initially activated and only ends when a Monitor is deleted. The available Statuses are as follows:

Active – This status means that the Monitor is running and actively testing your website or server.

Inactive – This status means that the Monitor has been temporarily disabled and is not actively testing your website or server.

Incomplete – This status means that the Monitor has not been properly configured yet and must be completed before you can activate the Monitor. In this status, the Monitor is not actively testing your website.
