Performance Goal

The top text box with the label "seconds overall" directly to its right is the goal time limit. Any test that runs longer than this time will be considered not in compliance on the "Service Level Agreement" (SLA) report

The second text box, with the label "% of tests must comply" is that goal, in a percentage, of tests that you expect your tests to run within your performance time that was entered into the top, "seconds overall" text box. Any field in your SLA email report that is higher than this value will be colored green.

For example: If you expect 85% of your tests to complete within 10 seconds, you'd enter 10 in the top-most text box and 85 in the bottom box. If your monitor meets this goal, the appropriate field will be colored green on your SLA report.
