Resending your Activation Email
If for some reason you did not receive your initial activation email, you can request that it be resent to you again. Just follow these steps:
Login to the CentralPass Manager by clicking the Related Link listed below
Once you have entered the Manager, you will see a large warning message that says you have to activate your account. At the end of that message you will see a Link for resending your Activation Email. Please click that link. (NOTE: if you didn't get this warning message when you logged in, then your activation has probably already been completed.)
Wait about 2 to 5 minutes and then try getting your email messages. You should have received the Activation Instructions email.
If you do not receive the activation email after this second attempt then there are a number of things that could be wrong. First, it could be a problem with your mail account, such as its being blocked by your spam filter. This is a very typical problem when people do not receive the activation email. Second, it could be a problem with our systems. Your best bet is to wait an hour or two and try resending it again. Sometimes these things fix themselves given a little time. If the problem still persists, please email us at the address found at the very bottom of this page.
