Scheduled Maintenance

There will be times when our network will be affected by Scheduled Maintenance. Maintenance could be performed for several reasons, such as uploading new versions of AlertBot, installing operating system patches, installing new hardware, and other server and network upgrades. This may affect the websites (such as the AlertBot Manager and CentralPass), as well as the testing done by individual monitors.

In the event that maintenance needs to be performed, the account holder will be notified by email one week prior. The maintenance notice email will explain why the maintenance is being done, what systems will be affected, and how long the affected systems will be down for the maintenance.
