Troubleshooting Test Error #340700 (HTTP ??? Error)
Question / Issue: I received a Test Error #340700 named "HTTP ??? Error" (or "Unknown HTTP Error"). What does this really mean?
Symptoms/Cause: Most often, this error is associated with the period of time when our Test Station is trying to make a connection with your website/server and is unable to match the error occurring with an error that we've seen before.
Answer / Solution: We are able to uniquely identify many errors during this connection process, but if you're experiencing this error, then it's likely caused by an unusual type of error we haven't seen before. If you receive this error, please contact our Help Desk; we can troubleshoot and try to identify the source of the error for you.
