Updating Your Web Transaction Monitor's Script
Our Recording software, which is used to create or edit existing scripts for Web Transaction monitors, can be obtained by requesting it from our Help Desk.
The current script that is monitoring your site can be downloaded by clicking the “Download Script” link, which is located in “edit” option of the Test Scenario that the script is running in.
After using the Recorder to make the desired changes, and once you are ready for your edited script to be set to actively monitor your site, please email the saved script to our Help Desk and provide the monitor ID# and scenario ID# (if there are multiple scenarios running on your monitor) that you would like the script you’re providing to replace.
Our Provisioning team will test the script and, upon it passing, will upload it to the monitor ID# you have specified and set it to actively monitor your site.
