Waterfall Report
The Waterfall Report is an advanced report available for our transactional monitors. This report provides detailed information which includes: the DNS lookup time, TCP connect time, time to first byte, transfer time, file size, HTTP status, and the source IP address of every URL encountered during a test. This data is displayed in both a waterfall graph and in a detailed list.
A Waterfall Report is displayed after every On-Demand test and is automatically saved in the Test log and Failure log at the 10 minute mark of a failure event. An icon is displayed in the Test log and Failure log to the right of any test that contains Waterfall data, allowing you to quickly identify which tests contain this data.
Waterfall Reports can be configured to be saved more frequently on failed tests and can also be set up to be saved in passing tests at defined intervals. For more information about this expanded functionality, please contact your Account Manager or Help Desk.
