When I Get an Alert, How Do I Know What's Wrong?
Alerts will include a list of errors that our test stations find with your website or server. Due to message space constraints, SMS messages will only contain abbreviated error descriptions, while regular email alerts contain longer descriptions for each error. From these error messages you will be able to draw some conclusions as to what could be causing the error and take action accordingly.
If you need more information about the error, you can login to the AlertBot Manager and view the error report for that error event. This error report will contain all the test data that we were able to collect, including an HTML screenshot of what your customers were seeing at the time.
