  • How Do I Change the Account Holder for My Account?
    To change the Account Holder please make sure the user you would like to be the new account holder has a CentralPass account. To get a CentalPass, go to the Users section in your AlertBot Account and send a request to add them to your account. The user will receive an email with instructions to setup a CentralPass account.   • Is There a Way to Limit Access to Particular Monitors?
    If you have several users within the same account, there is currently no way to restrict their access to certain Monitors within that account. As an Account Administrator, you can set permissions for each user in the different sections of the account. You can designate Add, View, Edit and Delete rights per user within each section.
