How to Update Credit Card Info for AlertBot
To update your credit card information with us, please follow these steps:
Login to the AlertBot Manager (see related link below) and go to Accounts in the main menu.
Choose the Billing submenu item and confirm that you would like to login to the InfoGenius Billing System.
Once in the InfoGenius Billing System, please go to the Billing Info in the menu and update your credit card information.

AlertBot's standard Billing Cycle is monthly. The first day of your billing cycle is based on the day that you opened your account with us. If you would like to be billed on a different day, you can change it by emailing your request to our Billing department by clicking on the Billing Department below.
